How do I leave a comment about the lessons?
You just need to go to this page: https://www.facebook.com/pg/masterthehandpan/reviews/ You can click here to give me a rating and leave a comment: Thanks so much, students' ratings and feedback are really important to me!
Do you offer workshops?
Once or twice a year I do offer week-end or one-day handpan workshops for groups. If you are interested, you can write me to email@example.com to receive information about any planned workshops. However, if you can't wait for one of these week-end workshops and want to start learning straight away, I would strongly suggest you take a look at my online handpan school: MasterTheHandpan.com. The school has over 3000 students who learn from home
Are all the lessons available as downloads?
No, all the lessons are "online". I decided not to make them available as downloads to prevent the videos being shared with other people who have not signed up for the course, which would be disrespectful to my work. Thank you for your understanding.
I don't know my level, which course should I choose?
I understand that it can be difficult to choose. You can start by reading the descriptions of the courses to help you decide which level is best for you: • Beginner • Intermediate
I have never played an instrument: is the "Essentials" pack really suitable for beginners?
1000% Yes! When I created the Essentials course for beginners I put myself in the shoes of someone who has never played any music before and who has a handpan on their lap for the first time in their life. This course starts from zero with how to hold and touch the instrument, understand the scale, etc. So, yes, this course is for you :) However, it goes much further than the basics: you will l
Do you offer one-to-one lessons?
Unfortunately, I no longer give one-to-one lessons, not even via Skype. I chose to focus all of my energy and attention on developing the MasterTheHandpan online courses. Although I do get a lot of requests for one-to-one lessons, it became really difficult to respond to everyone, organise lesson times, availability, etc. In fact it's for all these reasons that I wanted to create MasterTheHandpan so that everyone can work at their own pace, at home, wit
Do the lessons have a time limit?
No, there is no time limit! As soon as you sign up, you receive unlimited access to your lessons so that you can progress at your own pace, no pressure, and consolidate your learning within the constraints of daily life :)
I signed up for a free trial lesson to test the method, but I haven't received it.
There are 4 possible reasons why you haven't received one of my e-mails: • You forgot to confirm your enrolment. When you sign up and give your e-mail address, a confirmation email is sent to your inbox. Check that you have received it and click on the confirmation button. • The confirmation e-mail was sent but maybe it went into your spam folder. Check that it didn't end up in there ;) • It could be that as with any online purchase, you made the payment using a different e-mail addres

How do I join the MasterTheHandpan Family?
The MasterTheHandpan Family is a group reserved for students of the online MasterTheHandpan courses. To join us, once you have signed up to a course, you simply need to request to join on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/masterthehandpan/ It's a group where students meet up to get to know each other and share their progress, difficulties and questions. I check in regularly to see how students are doing, offer encouragement and give challenges! There is often a live Q&A and fun
I can't follow what you do in one of your videos, what can I do?
The easiest and best way is to talk about this 'mental block' on the MasterTheHandpan Family Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/masterthehandpan. You will receive help from me and from the entire student community :) You can post a video and get advice and support from everyone.
