The three main reasons why you can't access the course are:

• You have lost your password. Click here to request a new one.

• You signed up for a trial course and then paid for your course using two different e-mail addresses. This is what happens in the majority of cases. You need to check which e-mail address you used to pay for the course, as this is the one you need to use to connect to the course.

• When you enrolled on your course (or even your trial course) you didn't confirm your email address. Which means your account is not active. Please search for an email from Teachable with the subject "Redeem your copy of..." and click on the button "confirm email"
