I can't play the videos of the lessons.
If you are unable to watch the videos, here are several ways in which to resolve the problem:
• Try refreshing the web page (on Mac: press "Command" + R"; on PC: press "Ctrl + F5").
• Are you accessing your course via Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? These are the two main web browsers we would recommend.
• Your interent connection may be too slow to allow the videos to play. Try and change wifi network or go onto 4G if your phone subscription allows it. To test the speed of your network connection, you can visit the website www.speedtest.net.
• If you are watching the videos on a tablet computer, check you have downloaded all the drivers required (like Flash Player).
• Often, restarting your computer is enough to fix the problem
