I haven't received any of your e-mails.

There are 4 possible reasons why you haven't received one of my e-mails:

• You forgot to confirm your enrolment. When you sign up and give your e-mail address, a confirmation email is sent to your inbox. Check that you have received it and click on the confirmation button.

• The confirmation e-mail was sent but maybe it went into your spam folder. Check that it didn't end up in there

• It could be that as with any online purchase, you made the payment using a different e-mail address than the one you signed up with. Ensure you check both e-mail accounts for receipt of the message.

• It could be a system error with the e-mail server. Contact us at if you do not fall into one of the 3 categories described above.
