Q: Where can I buy the lessons?

What is the process for cancelling my membership?

Accepted Answer

You have the flexibility to cancel your Academy membership at any time. To initiate the cancellation, simply cancel it from your dashboard as shown on the screenshot below or email us at contact@masterthehandpan.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you’re on a monthly plan, your membership will then end on the last day of your current cycle. The same applies to the annual plan; it will conclude at the end of your yearly cycle.

|| Please note that during holiday periods, we will consider the date of your cancellation request. Any cancellations will be processed after we return from vacation. If a payment is processed in the meantime, we’ll ensure you are refunded accordingly.

Should I choose individual courses or the Academy?

At Master The Handpan, we originally offered individual courses to help players learn specific techniques and styles. While we still provide this option for those who prefer a focused approach, we created the Academy as an affordable and flexible solution for all handpan enthusiasts.

The Academy gives you access to courses taught by the best handpan players in the world (David Kuckhermann, Nadishana, Kabeçao, …). Designed to fit your lifestyle, it allows you to learn at your own pace, with no deadlines, and enjoy new courses added every year.

Furthermore, with the Academy comes the access to our amazing community, The Handpan Village, which allows students to connect with each other, share, and participate in a variety of live events :)

RAV Vast and the handpan are "cousins" instruments but David created a course just for RAV players in order to address the specificities of this instrument :)
