Why haven't I received any e-mails?
If you’re not receiving emails from us, don’t worry! There are usually a few simple explanations.
Here are the most common reasons:
- You haven’t confirmed your subscription: When you enter your email address during sign-up, we send a confirmation email to activate your subscription. Please check your inbox and click the confirmation button inside that email. Without this step, you won’t receive further messages.
- The email landed in your spam or junk folder: Sometimes confirmation emails end up in spam or junk folders. If you find it there, be sure to mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails arrive correctly.
- You used a different email address: If you’ve purchased a course or signed up before, it’s possible you used a different email address. Be sure to check all inboxes.
