What is the process for cancelling my membership?
You have the flexibility to cancel your Academy membership at any time. To initiate the cancellation, simply cancel it from your dashboard as shown on the screenshot below or email us at contact@masterthehandpan.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you’re on a monthly plan, your membership will then end on the last day of your current cycle. The same applies to the annual plan; it will conclude at the end of your yearly cycle.
Please note that during holiday periods, we will consider the date of your cancellation request. Any cancellations will be processed after we return from vacation. If a payment is processed in the meantime, we’ll ensure you are refunded accordingly.
