My subscription payment was not accepted. What should I do?

If your subscription payment was not accepted, don’t worry, this usually has a simple explanation.


Here are the most common reasons:


  • Temporary technical issue: Occasionally, a browser or connection issue can interrupt the payment process. We recommend refreshing the page and trying again after a few minutes. Sometimes that's all it takes
