I have an issue with the videos (stutters, synchronization,...)

If you're experiencing issues while watching videos—such as lagging, stuttering, pauses, or audio-video desynchronization—follow these steps to resolve them quickly.

Use Google Chrome for the Best Experience

For the best video playback experience, we highly recommend using Google Chrome. Other browsers may not handle video playback as smoothly. If you're using a different browser, try switching to Chrome and see if the issue persists.

Adjust Video Quality Settings

By default, the video player adjusts quality automatically based on your internet speed. Sometimes, setting it manually can improve playback stability. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Video Settings

Click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the bottom-right corner of the video player.

Step 2: Change the Quality to 720p

Select "Quality", then choose 720p instead of "Auto".

This helps ensure smoother playback without unnecessary resolution changes.

Still Having Issues?

If the problem continues, try these additional steps:

Check your internet connection: A stable connection is necessary for smooth video playback.
Close unused tabs or applications: Other programs might be using bandwidth or system resources.
Restart your browser or device: A fresh start can resolve temporary glitches.

If none of these steps solve the issue, feel free to reach out to our support team. We're happy to help!
