I can't play the videos in my course (video playback has been restricted at this embed location)?
Some students have reported seeing an error when trying to watch their courses.
This issue started after the latest iOS and macOS 26 update. Our video hosting provider is working on a long-term solution, but in the meantime, here are a few ways to potentially fix this issue.
Solution 1: Use Google Chrome
The quickest fix is to switch from Safari (or any other browser) to Google Chrome.
- In most cases, this solves the problem right away.
- If Chrome isn’t already installed, you can download it for free.
Solution 2: Adjust your Safari Settings
you’d rather stay on Safari (or Chrome doesn’t work), follow these steps:
Step 1: Open Safari Settings
- On Mac: Open Safari → click Safari in the top menu → Settings.
- On iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app, scroll down, and tap Safari.
Step 2: Go to Privacy Settings
- On Mac: open the Privacy tab.
- On iPhone/iPad: scroll to the Privacy & Security section.
Step 3: Disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”
- On Mac: uncheck the box.
- On iPhone/iPad: toggle the switch off.
Step 4: Reload Your Video Page
Go back to your course page and refresh it.
You may be asked to log in again — enter your credentials to continue.
Step 5: Play Your Video
Your video should now work correctly.
Still Having Issues?
Other tools like VPNs or ad blockers can sometimes prevent videos from playing.
Try disabling them and check again.
If the problem persists, please email us at contact@masterthehandpan.com with the following details:
- What happens when you try to play the videos? (error message, black screen, etc.) Please include a screenshot when possible.
- Your device (e.g., iPhone 13, Windows laptop).
- Your operating system and version (e.g., iOS 17.2, Windows 11).
- The browsers and versions you tried (e.g., Safari 17.1, Chrome 126).
- Your location (which country you’re browsing from).
Providing these details will help us resolve the issue faster. Thank you!
