How do I cancel my Academy membership?

You can cancel your Academy membership at any time, you’re always in control of your subscription!

Option 1: Cancel from Your Dashboard

To initiate a cancellation, simply cancel your subscription from your dashboard as shown on the screenshot below. If you’re on a monthly plan, your membership will then end on the last day of your current cycle. The same applies to the annual plan; it will conclude at the end of your yearly cycle.

Option 2: Contact Our Team

If you prefer, you can also email us at contact@masterthehandpan.com. We’ll be glad to help take care of the cancellation for you.

Please note that during holiday periods, we will consider the date of your cancellation request. Any cancellations will be processed after we return from vacation. If a payment is processed in the meantime, we’ll ensure you are refunded accordingly.
