How do I cancel my Academy membership?

You can cancel your Academy membership at any time, you're always in control of your subscription!

Option 1: Ask us in the chat

The easiest way: message us in the chat (the bubble in the bottom right corner of the page) and tell us you'd like to cancel. We'll take care of it for you right away.

Option 2: Cancel from your dashboard

You can also cancel it yourself from your dashboard, as shown on the screenshot below.

What happens next

Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period: the last day of your monthly cycle on a monthly plan, or the end of your yearly cycle on an annual plan. Nothing more will be charged after that.
