I can't play the videos of the lessons.

If you're having trouble accessing videos, don’t worry—most issues can be quickly resolved. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Step 1: Switch to Google Chrome

Most video access issues are resolved by simply using Google Chrome. If you aren’t using Chrome, give it a try.

  • For students in Dubai: You may need to switch to Chrome or use a VPN due to regional restrictions.

Step 2: Try Other Browsers

If Chrome doesn’t work, try switching to another browser:

  • Windows users: Try Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
  • Mac users: Try Firefox or Safari.

Step 3: If the Problem Persists

If you still can’t access the videos, we’ll need a bit more information to help diagnose the issue. Please try watching the following test videos:

After attempting to view these, please send us the following details:

  1. What exactly happens when you try to play the videos? (e.g., error messages, videos not loading, etc.)
  2. The device you’re using (e.g., iPhone model, Windows laptop model).
  3. The operating system and version on your device (e.g., iOS version, Windows version).
  4. The browsers and their versions you've tried (e.g., Safari version, Chrome version).
  5. Your current location (e.g., which country you're browsing from).

Your help will allow us to solve the issue more quickly. Thank you!
