I can't play the videos of the lessons.
Having trouble watching the course videos? Here are a few solutions that might fix the issue:
• Try refreshing your web page (on Mac: press "Command + R"; on PC: press "Ctrl + F5").
• Are you accessing your courses via Google Chrome? This is the web browser we recommend.
• Your internet connection might be too slow to stream the videos properly. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or using your mobile data if your phone plan allows. To test your internet connection speed, you can visit www.speedtest.net.
• If you’re watching the videos on a tablet, make sure you’ve downloaded all the necessary drivers (such as Flash Player).
Often, simply restarting your device solves the problem :)
