Getting started with HPD Handpan Studio: Full video tour

HPD Handpan Studio lets you adapt a lesson to your own handpan scale, making it easier to follow along and practise with your teacher.

Watch the video above for a full tour and learn how to:

• Select your scale so the sheet music and chords adapt to your instrument.
• Play along with your teacher, with the handpan audio in the original video transposed to your scale.
• Loop a section to practise it as many times as you need.
• Adjust the tempo to learn at your own pace.

Developed by David Kuckhermann, this experience is currently being tested in selected Academy lessons, with the goal of bringing it to more courses over time.
