# Why haven't I received any emails?

If you’re not receiving emails from us, don’t worry! There are usually a few simple explanations.

###### Here are the most common reasons:

* **You haven’t confirmed your subscription**: When you enter your email address during sign-up, we send a confirmation email to activate your subscription. Please check your inbox and click the confirmation button inside that email. Without this step, you won’t receive further messages.

* **The email landed in your spam or junk folder**: Sometimes confirmation emails end up in spam or junk folders. If you find it there, be sure to mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails arrive correctly.

* **You used a different email address**: If you’ve purchased a course or signed up before, it’s possible you used a different email address. Be sure to check all inboxes.
